Pond and Orson allowances are shared company-wide. A new cycle in an existing physical pond does not count as another pond. Chats and projections share the monthly allowance; daily/weekly limits also apply. Unused quota does not roll over.

Farm operations
Record feeding, water quality, sampling, mortality and harvest by physical pond and production cycle.
Inventory & finance
Manage feed and asset inventory, record transactions, and review farm cost and production reports.
Orson AI
Chat and harvest projections informed by the records you enter. Review AI output; it does not guarantee harvest results.
Team workspace
Web and Android access, with owner, manager and technician roles controlled by company permissions.
Features remain subject to each user’s permissions. Plans differ by pond capacity, Orson quota and support level. Sensors, hardware, feed, shrimp seed, shrimp and on-site consultancy are not included.

From plan selection to activation
Sign up or sign in
New companies start on Free. Joining an existing company follows its approval process.
Choose a plan as the owner
Open Settings → Billing & Plans. Choose Plus or Pro and a 1-, 4- or 12-month period.
Review the order
Check your company, plan, duration, allowances and total IDR before continuing.
Check out on Midtrans
Select an available payment method and follow Midtrans instructions. Pending payments do not activate a plan.
Digital activation
Shrimply activates access after verified payment confirmation from Midtrans. Check Billing & Plans for status. No physical delivery is involved.
Midtrans is only for Shrimply subscriptions
Midtrans is not used for marketplace transactions, shrimp/feed/seed purchases, payments between users, escrow or seller payouts. Payments here purchase only Shrimply software access for one company.
Subscription details & support
Periods & renewals
Prepaid plans do not auto-debit. Renew manually from Billing & Plans. Renewing the same plan extends the active period; switching to another paid plan starts a new period after verified payment, with no automatic proration.
Returning to Free
The owner can schedule Free at the paid period’s end. Without renewal, paid access expires after a 7-day grace period. Plan changes do not delete company records; new pond creation is blocked when the plan capacity is exceeded.
Payment issues / refund requests
Email Shrimply below with the order ID, company name, payment date and issue. We will review the transaction and follow up on your request. Do not send passwords, OTPs or card details. Changing plans does not automatically issue a refund.
